Wondering how this historical “fiction” novel was written? It was a combination of online genealogy research, visiting the sites where events occurred and studying their local history, digging up birth information and running astrology reports (for personality and compatibility), reading tons of books and reports, divination, interviews … the list goes on.
Here you’ll find biographies of each of the major characters, which I wove together to write the book. Some are extremely well fleshed out and others are skimpy … it depends on the available details on each person. The people I found the most information about are more prominently featured in the story. This means, of course, that the full story may not get a fair telling because of details that were never recorded, but the records I found were plenty.
I’m trusting that the ancestors who helped me unearth what I did find are good with it as is, or I wouldn’t be able to move forward. Believe me, I learned that the hard way … the story got told the way they wanted it told.
SPOILER ALERT: If you haven’t yet read the book, these bios will give away the ending.
